1.0 Introduction: Productivity is affected by bad behaviour in workplaces. Recourse of bad behaviour in workplaces must be chosen carefully to ensure productivity levels do not fall. Our vision is to see consumers and employees more than satisfied; excited, with our products and service, therefore we need to understand how to deal with bad behaviour whilst eliciting productivity.

To put this into practice- providing employees with discounts on our products to eliminate workplace theft. Within our retail outlets managers need to encourage maximum focus from teams to complete tasks well and efficiently (Samson, D, Daft, R, 2012)and provide adequate rewards- this alone eliminates 2 destructive behavioural traits; laziness and dishonesty. Furthermore, providing employees with a variety of role models such as their team leaders and managers- and encouraging employees to focus on their future goals (Cohen,T. R, Hershfield, H.E, Thompson,L, 2012) brings forth positivity. Finally by understanding consumer experiences are shaped by the idea of 'the best of times and the worst of times' we must provide consumers maximum comfort, accessibility and convenience whenever possible. (Kahneman ,D, Fredrickson, B. L., Schreiber, C. A. & Redelmeier, D. A.,
