Being Bored Essay
Do you have trouble finding things to do when you are bored? No hobbies, you say? Some people are overwhelmed with hobbies and cannot keep up with all of them. Others, well…have few to none and seem to get bored a lot easier. Solving this problem is just a matter of what you enjoy doing and what you think you can do to keep you entertained. We all have days when we get bored, the real problem is how to alleviate your boredom, get up and be outdoorsy, be a thrill seeker for a day or just stay in for a day.

Are you the outdoorsy type? Take a step outside and take a deep breath your opportunities are endless with stuff to do in the great outdoors. Some people may think that going outside means that you have to be an athletic person or that you enjoy athletic types of activities, but they are wrong. Although being in shape does help if you want to go hiking or conquer that giant mountain you have been wanting to climb, you don’t necessarily have to be. Not feeling like exerting to much energy? Many do not realize everything there is to do just in your home. So many options here! Personally, I see my self as being the one who likes to hangout at home. Spa days are always great, especially when you have had a long day or week. Something about being at home, running bath water, putting on a face mask and relaxing always excites me. Everyone always deserves to have a day like this. You can even add on to your spa day or skip the spa day and have a movie night/day. Order your favorite food or even make it, sit down and relax while you lounge around and watch movies or binge watch a TV show. Not feeling being lazy? Scrounge up some ingredients to make a new recipe for scratch. Dessert is always the best! Maybe even try up cycling old candle jars/containers around your house into something fancy.     “The two enemies of human happiness are pain and boredom” a quote by Arthur Schopenhauer. How many times a day does someone say, “I’m so bored”? Too many times it appears.
