Belbin Team Investigation Report
According to www.belbin.com different roles within a team and the impact of personality types on a team is Belbin’s nine team roles of behavior and they are: Resource Investigator, Team worker, Co-ordinator, Plant, Monitor Evaluate, Specialist, Implanter, Computer Finisher.
• Resource Investigator
Resource Investigator is when they use their nature to find ideas to bring back to the team. The resource investigator strengths are, they are outgoing, enthusiastic, they also explore development and opportunities. They also have weaknesses like they might be over – optimistic and lose interest once the enthusiastic is gone.
• Team Worker
A team worker is when their versatility to identify the work required and complete it on behalf of the team. The strengths they have are

Their strengths are they see all options in a dispassionate way, strategic and discerning and their weaknesses is sometimes they lack the drive and ability to others.
• Specialist
A specialist brings depth of knowledge to a key area to the team. A specialist strengths are single -minded, dedicated, and self- starting. Their weaknesses are they tend to contribute on a narrow front.
• Shaper
A shaper provides the necessary drive to ensure that the team keeps moving and doesn’t lose focus. Their strengths are they thrive on pressure, and dynamic. Their weaknesses are they can be prone to offend people’s feelings.
• Implementer
An implementer needs to plan a workable strategy and carry out effectively as possible. Their strengths are reliable, practicable, and efficient. Their weaknesses are they can be inflexible and slow to respond.
• Completer Finisher
A completer finisher is most effectively used at the end of a project to fix the working errors. Their strengths are painstaking, conscientious, and anxious. Their weaknesses are they can be inclined to
