The Belt and Road (B&R) Initiative is a development framework proposed by the Chinese paramount leader Xi Jinping which aims to promote further market integration and enhance the connectivity among the Belt and Road countries. During The 2016 Policy Address, Hong Kong chief executive CY Leung has mentioned several measures Hong Kong will take to participate in the Belt and Road initiative, for example setting up scholarship fund of $1 billion and allocating 200 million dollars to enhance cooperation and exchanges between the professional services sector and the Belt and Road countries.

(6) How fieldwork will be conducted?
In order to ensure the interview quality to be done as a full-scale survey, training programs will be provided to the interviewers before the full-scale survey initiates. The interviewers will be equipped with knowledge about the Belt and Road policy and interviewing skills and techniques. The interviewers must meet the standards for the study through these trainings, so that clear and accurate response could be recorded.
Despite of training for interviewers, field checks and supervisions are also required in the study, so as to evaluate the quality and process of the ongoing interview. Random checks on the recorded telephone interviews could be conducted, to keep track whether if the process of the telephone interviews are done accurately by the
