Central idea: How having a healthy lifestyle through eating, sleeping and exercising is beneficial.

Introduction:
A. “Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.” – Jim Rohn
B. I am going to inform the audience about the benefits of healthy lifestyle.
C. According to a recent study in the British Medical Journal, lifelong healthy choices translated into an average of 5 to 6 years of increased life expectancy.
D. Today I am going inform about how maintaining the right eating habits, having some sleep and spending time on fitness could leave you better off

Body:
I. Maintaining the right eating habit
A. Healthy diet
B. Pattern
C. Drinking plenty of water
II. Have some sleep
A. 6-8 hours per day
B. Pattern
C. Improved memory and healthy weight
III. Spend time on fitness
A. Reduce depression
B. Better quality of sleep
C. Feel better
Conclusion:
A. So overall, these are the ways in which having the right eating habits, having some sleep and spending time on fitness contribute to healthy lifestyle.
