This Act promotes anti-discriminatory in a care home because this act helps individuals to stay safe at all times and stay protected from any harm around the society. They help to promote so that service users can feel like they are treated fairly to others in the same quantity no matter what’s the service uses history and background. Dignity in this Act helps to promote the rights of the service user’s personal life and their body so they have some privacy to themselves. This Act also promotes service users the right to live their life the way they want it to be by giving them choice so that they feel happy and empowered. Health care practitioners should ensure that all of these human rights are applied effectively so
