In this metropolitan society, we rarely find the time to exercise because of work taking up most of our time. Furthermore, with the advancement of technology, we lead an easy life. Let’s just be very frank with that. We have automatic doors, escalators, lifts, cars, dishwashers, etc, to do almost everything for us. What have we become? We practically do nothing in the physical sense. And it leads us to become couch potatoes. When was the last time you took the stairs up the sixth floor in favour of the escalator or lift?
