This book points out very effective things that happen in teens’ lives everyday and helps them through that and come out stronger. The 7 habits book could be very valuable for teens going through a lot or having a tough time with something, such as parent troubles, or relationship up or downs or even complications in school. I believe that this book should be read by every teen at some point in a High School English…

We went over what we were supposed to do in the gym multiple times. Even though the day was boring and uneventful, I was nervous the entire school day. In The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens, Sean Covey states, “Putting first things first also deals with learning to overcome your fears and being strong during hard moments” (Covey 106).
