Bosophil Allergic Interactions
Basophil: Allergic Reactions Basophil white blood cells help your body by killing bacteria that can hurt you and cause an allergic reactions if histamine is released. The basophil white blood cell is a human body cell. This cell helps your body, and fights bacterial infections. The basophil white blood cell is really rare. “Out of all of your white blood cells you have a 0.4 to a 1% chance of have a basophil” (MedFriendly.com 2015). The reason why basophil is the least common white blood cell is because it doesn’t reproduce as rapidly. It doesn’t reproduce as rapidly because so many bacteria is coming at the cell and killing the cell. Basophils can really help you or they can cause an allergic reaction, for example hives. The basophil white blood cell has all of the same organelles as a regular animal cell. It contains a nucleus, cytoplasm, cell membrane, nuclear membrane, Golgi body, E.R., rough E.R., ribosomes, lysosomes, vacuole, mitochondria, and cell wall. This cell has rough looking particles in its cytoplasm called granules, which you can only see under a microscope. This cell also contains histamine which will be released if the cell is exposed to any allergic symptoms. When the nucleus is not stained it contains two lobes. This type of white blood cell …show more content…
Hives can come any many shapes and sizes. They are red blotches on your skin and can be elevated. They itch like crazy, and if you itch to much they can cause hives. They are weird because one hour of the day there on your face, and then the nest hour there on your hand. Hives can make it fiscally tough to play activities. There so uncomfortable and are hard to deal with. Hives can be affected by the temperature your body is in. When you are in really cold or hot temperatures hives might accrue more. I take more antihistamine in the summers and winters because of the climate change. Hives are not contagious, but they can spread to other parts of your

White blood cells play an important role in the body’s defence system against infections. As a result, completing a white blood cell count for Adi will provide a good indication of the presence of infection. There are five types of white blood cells; neutrophils, basophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, and eosinophils. In particular, high white blood cell count known as leukocytosis is an indicator for infection (most commonly bacterial/viral). Although WBC count cannot determine the exact underlying cause, it can help diagnose infection or the inflammatory process.…

cytoplasm is a homogeneous, which generally clear jelly-like material that fills cells . The cytoplasm consists of cytosol and the cellular organelles , except the nucleus. The cytoplasm offers support for the cell. It allows the cells organelles to freely move throughout the cell. Movement is sped up in the fluid of the cytoplasm. The cytoplasm can also act as a medium for transport within the cell.…

There are two different types of cells, there are prokaryotes and eukaryotes. Within eukaryotes there are different structures and similar structures. For example; in a plant cell they have a nucleus, mitochondria an ER, and a Golgi body. These are the same as animal cells; however they differ because plants cells have a cellulose cell wall, chloroplasts, large central vacuole and they use starch for storage whereas an animal cell has lysosomes, rough ER, smooth ER and ribosomes. Eukaryotes differ from prokaryotes because prokaryotes have no nucleus, they just have a loop of DNA and they also have no membrane-bound organelles. Prokaryotes also have a cell wall, along with a slime capsule, flagellae and plasmids.…

On July 22, 2012 I got hives for the first time. The only reason I remember the date was because I got them on my brother’s birthday and I was going into 8th grade. In most cases hives go away after a couple of days or at most a few weeks, but mine lasted for three whole years. I went to countless doctors and specialists and traveled to hospitals all over the state, but each time I went no one could discover how I got them. I took multiple pills a day and even had some nights where I had to be hospitalized because the swelling and inflammation were so bad. The worst part about having hives for such a long period of time was dealing with the people. I don't think a person can truly understand what it's like to be stared at when they’re just…
