When picturing myself at George’s party where the megaphone guy spoke pleasurably about early mornings in the spring, my mind began to think about early mornings in the spring. How refreshing they are, school is almost out, they seem to be moist. Then I thought to myself “what if the megaphone guy was to talk about the unpleasantness of early mornings in the spring”. So I reinvisioned myself at George’s party again , this time the speaker talked about the sun being in your eyes ,and clothing being uncomfortable .An early spring morning, the sun glared in your eyes while sweat sealed flesh to clothing, however the morning prior your body was full of goosebumps as you shivered. Whatever the speaker is talking about you will think about, it seems to be nothing personal . However, it seems natural like humans are wired to do so.
Often I don’t watch television for several reasons one being it is brainwash. When most people think about brainwashing they think big metal pieces strapped to someone’s head pumping electrical pulses through their head, I imagine a television set. Commercials in particular can influence someone’s mental process . Commercials have evolved since I began my experience with television. The evolvement started with Gieco , before Gieco’s advertisement campaign commercials were bland . Now commercials seek attention in many different ways, some yell at you to the point you have to turn the volume down. Others use attractive people,a joyfull jingle can also be improvised, some even will use talking geckos!
