In the novel, the author states that when Bruno looked out of his window and saw the camp it made him feel “very cold and unsafe”. Identify at least two scenes from the novel that support your answer. (60 pts.) Bruno’s mother meant that they don’t have the luxury of making their own decisions. They just have to go with whatever their dad says; like they have to go with the flow. Bruno’s mother isn’t happy about how the soldiers treat the jews. She thinks it is uncalled for. At the beginning of the novel, father makes the whole family move from their lives in Berlin, to Poland. Bruno’s family didn’t have a say in any of it. When Bruno fell off of the swing and Pavel helped him, Bruno’s mother said “thank you” even though she probably wasn’t supposed to. The author made the mother seem like she thought that Pavel was just a regular person; just like everyone
