Brutus was very loyal and had a mindset to sacrificed himself for Rome. He was a good leader who put Rome before himself always doing what he thought would be better for Rome, and before he was loyal to his friends he was more interested in impressing the commoners as he pointed this out by using ethics in his speech. Mark Anthony was very emotional about losing a close friend as he explained in his speech. He used very persuading characteristics in his speech to win the audience over. His plan was to win the commoners over so they would believe him and see who the real murderer is and search for him.
In his speech Brutus uses ethics by suggesting that anyone who rejects Caesars murder also rejects Rome and therefore hates his country. And I also like Mark Anthony's speech better because instead of just sitting there trying to persuade someone that it was better for Caesar to die he actually goes and tries to avenge Caesars death. And Mark Anthony had mentioned how close his friend ship was with Caesar and how hurt he was that his friend was gone forever.
