1. What are the issues in the upcoming negotiation?
The issue is how to finance the Buena Vista’s condo and deciding which options will benefit me the most.
2. What are your interests as Chris Clements?
My interest is finding a suitable condo and maintaining in my budget.
3. What are your limits-what is your walk-away point?
My limit is spending between my range from $200,000 to $250,000. My walk-away point is negotiating Maya Town that is willing to come to an agreement and giving me the best offer.
