Alex Libby is a teen activist against bullying. He participated in a documentary called “Bully” with a few other kids and families. They were trying to spread the message that bullying is a bad thing that is going on across the country that needs to be stopped. They are also trying to show what is happening to some victims. The assistant principal recognized the wrongdoing of the bully. Unfortunately, she wouldn’t help. Kids are mainly trained/expected to tell an adult when anything is wrong, but in this case the adult didn’t help.

One of the fathers of a son who committed suicide had realized that it must have gotten to his head all the horrible things about him that he was told by his bullies. The documentary starts out this way. Alex Libby was greatly improved after the documentary. He hugged people for the first time in 4 years, and his failing grades went to A’s and B’s. Bullying is a serious problem in the United states, and all around the world. Alex Libby had got together with a group of teens and created a documentary called “Bully” to show that. Teens are important in standing up to show problems like these. Bullying is a serious problem, but teen activists can be the main way to stop it. Sadly, teen activists are received better by children than adults, and children tend to listen to other children of the same age group more than they would listen to somebody older.
