Bullying
In the story “Tragedy of Macbeth” there is a man name Macbeth and his wife named Lady Macbeth, a powerful couple . Now you might be thinking how does this relate to the title Bullying. Have you ever been bullied? Have you ever bullied someone? When you were being bullied did you feel like nobody like or loved you? Do you ignored them and go by your day. Some might even ask what is a bully? A bully is a person who uses their strength or power to intimidate someones who is weaker or someone that is beneath them. In the story Macbeth and his lady abuses and intimidate their power to be king and queen, they abused their power by exclusion (controlling), blaming, and denial.
The witches, also known as the weird sisters, in Tragedy of Macbeth had a major impact in Macbeth life. In the beginning of Act 1, Scene 1, they started to plan how they would encounter with Macbeth. When the witches meet Macbeth they shared to him his fate that showed him becoming the king. Lady Macbeth pressured Macbeth to kill Duncan (king of Scotland, England). At first Macbeth liked the plan but once he started thinking about it he started second guessing. Macbeth told Lady Macbeth how he don’t want proceed on to plan, she started asking questions about his ambition, and manhood. She went as far as calling Macbeth a coward. She goes on say how she wish she could pour her spirit into Macbeth so he can kill the king. By her putting all the different things in his head, it made him feel his was obligated to make his lady proud of him. Under pressure Macbeth end up killing Duncan with a dagger.
