Business Analysis: Case Analysis Of New Wind Electronics
Moving forward, over the last few weeks New Wind Electronics has been exploring many new ideas and products for our company. We have designed and developed laptops for everyone’s needs. This includes the workhorse, college students, stay at home moms, and even the best salespeople around. We hope that the market sees our products and potential for the upcoming reveal of our new line. We are not stopping until we see that all customers, businesses, and clients are satisfied with our work. The strategy we use is listing to the client’s needs and wants and then we build computers to suit them and their daily routines no matter what that consists of. If you can think of it, we can build it for you or your company. The sky's the limit.

The command starts with the storming of ideas, sales pitches, how we can make the sales work and profitable at the same time, who will meet with other board members around the world, and lastly, how can we make this all fit our budget. This process is a start to finish situation and everyone involved is responsible for their part. This will also include making the price competitive but still letting the company make a profit. Then, New Wind Electronics can then decide to sell computers online, in stores, different countries, and even off mobile applications. Nothing is out of reach when making a sales channel pitch for the company. However, many people and business still prefer a direct salesperson who comes to them on their grounds. This is an option our company is willing to do.
Currently, we have not franchised with anyone and the topic has not been pushed. When the question arose it was agreed to proceed like we are now without adding new people to the ownership. New Wind Electronics feels comfortable to remain selling, branding, and running the business with the team we currently have. The team is capable of making intelligent decisions. We all have the best interest for the company and the team in mind. Maybe, later we will franchise with others, but now we have a good thing going and people are loving the
