Dear James,
My purpose of writing this letter regarding the 200 cups I ordered from your company. As your long time customer, I am shock when I received the goods. Out of the 200 we ordered, there are 100 cups with cracks on it and 50 cups are in the wrong colour ! For the past 10 years, Roo Events Pte Ltd had been ordering corporate gifts from your company. From your range of corporate gifts like pens, colour changing cups, mouse pads and etc. We never had any issues with your company products until our recent order this year. My company is greatly disappointed over this matter.
Furthermore when I call up your company office for several times, I was constantly being put on hold and no one seems to know the order I had place. In addition, Every time I managed to call through, the call will be passed around three different people from corporate sales department from and I have to explain the situation over and over again to each person as none of them is aware of my complaint. I believed I have spoken to Mr Lee, Miss Jenny and even the head of sales Mr Phua from your sales department, who told me to wait for 2 week as they investigate my issue and they will call me back to inform me the results but nothing was done and no one called.
As of today, it is six weeks from the delivery date and I have not gotten any satisfactory response from your company.
Corporate Gift INC image have been greatly affected by this matter. As your long time customer, we are not prepared for the poor quality products and the poor customer service and the way your staffs handle clients enquires. I strongly recommend you look into this matter seriously and immediately. Your staff handling customer enquires does not seems to know any of the on-goings of the company even up till management levels. This reflects badly on your company’s image and made your
