Introduction
NYK Group Company was consolidation in 1974 and the companies steps over the international waters and expanding the global market by using its local professionals. On 14 December 2001, the company was converted to a public limited company and assumed the name of Trans-Asia Shipping Corporation Berhad. Start from 10 September 2009, the company name has officially change to "TASCO Berhad" to strengthen corporate branding and identification as a total logistics solutions provider. At the same time, TASCO Berhad also launched the new company logo. To meet more customer needs and satisfaction, TASCO Berhad strengthened their international alliances with NYK Group to facilitate one another's business operations within and outside Malaysia. At the same time, NYK Group had expanded the company’s logistics solutions, staff strength and domestic network to serve more customers. The founder of TASCO Berhad is Tan Sri Datuk Asmat Bin Kamaludin. He also the Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman of NYK Group Company. The mission of TASCO Berhad is by the total logistics solutions that are always on time, innovative and committed to the quality of labor to satisfy customers. The vision of TASCO Berhad is to meet customer’s needs and satisfaction and for the future by exploit a results-oriented labor force. The company goal is to strengthen portfolio of service to ensure the company provide the excellent customer service to the customers.
