Business Proposal Executive Summary RoasteryNet, unlike a most cafés will have an innovative setting for communication through access of the Internet. RoasteryNet is the answer to a lot of the patrons’ questions about a public meeting place with Internet access. The public wants: “access to the methods of communication and volumes of information available on the Internet, and access at a cost they can afford and in such a way that they aren't socially, economically, or politically isolated”(Internet, 2011). One of RoasteryNet’s goals will help create at stronger social network and entertaining atmosphere for local and worldly communications. A business plan has been prepared in the hopes of obtaining financing of the specified amount of $50,000. The financing is a must because work needs to get started on the site preparation and modifications, equipment purchases. This financing will help with the expenses for the first two years of daily operations. Subsequent financing has been requested and approved in the form of $20,000 from the Mississippi Economic Development Fund, $15,000 of personal investment money from owner and operator Jason Raines, $30,000 from two investors, and $10,000 in the form of a long-term business loan from the Regions bank. RoasteryNet will be seen as an LLC corporation as soon as the business becomes incorporated. This will help protect the owner Jason Raines, and the two outside investors, Robert Wiley, Kymberlie Raines from issues of personal liability and taxation according to government regulations and policies. This financing will allow RoasteryNet to open successfully and maintain operations through two years of successful business.
