Call Me Small Summary

The title of my book is called Call Me HOPE.The woman who wrote my book is Gretchen Olson.The genre of my book is fiction and it also that it would be social issues. The main character is an eleven year old girl named Hope.Hope is struggling with a bully.Hope is a sweet girl but the bullying brings her down.This sweet little girl doesn’t know what to do because she can’t go to anyone.In the beginning Hope is a scared little girl with no one to go to because of a bully.At the end she changes to a strong girl who gets control and makes it stop.I can relate because I have dealt with a bully before but it wasn’t my mom.I would never want to go to school becasue they made me feel so bad and I never want to go through that again.So when I hear that people are talking about me behind make back I take a deep breath and think I can’t waste my time …show more content…
A bully is ruining eleven year old Hopes life.Hope doesn’t know what to do about the bully.She can’t even go to her mother because her mother is the bully.To get through each day she creates a point system so that she can deal with her mom.Feel bad,Sarcasm,Glare,Loser,and Stupid are all levels that she makes Hope feel.Each of these words make Hope feel a little worse everytime but she gets through it.The real question is how many points will Hope have to get before her mom ever
