Canada Informative Speech

Canada is a cold place. I will be talking about their sports, foods, historic places, the politics and government. Come with me on our tour of our Northern neighbor.

First I will talk about their sports. I will be talking about lacrosse, hockey, curling, and speed skating. Field lacrosse is a full contact, outdoor men’s sport played with ten players on each team. The sport came from the Native Americans. The equipment you will need to play this sport are ball, stick, helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, cleats, and lacrosse stick. The team you need ten per team and a goaltender for each team. Another popular sport is hockey. Their hockey team has won two Stanley cups. The equipment you will need to play this sport are flexible
I will talk about their prime minister, constitutional monarchy, and Canada parties. First, is their Prime Minister. His name is Justin Trudeau. He has a well known family. He has a wife named Sophie Grégoire Trudeau. He has three children named Hadrien Trudeau, Xavier James Trudeau, Ella-Grace Margaret Trudeau. He has recently had a meeting with the Queen of England, Queen Elizabeth. He was so charming that he made her laugh. That is really hard to because not to many people have made her laugh sense world war 2. He is 46 years old. How he is aging really nice. His feet are 11 inches. He has a really nice style called modern style. Now I will talk about their constitutional mochary. Their Queen Elizabeth. People started to question the queen and the Prince Philip started a nine day visit to their castle. I would love to do that or I would love just to spend a day there. Canada is a North American country stretching from the U.S. in the south to the north. Major cities are big Toronto, west coast film centre Vancouver, French-speaking Montréal and Québec City, and capital city Ottawa. Canada's vast swaths of wilderness include lake filled with lot of fish. Now I will be talking about historic landmarks like Niagara fall, Cn tower, Parliament Hill, Jasper national park, and Chateau Frontenac. First I will talk about Niagara Falls. This historic landmark is 167 feet high. 20-40 every year commit suicide. Many people fall from heights and other like the man I will be talking about very soon drowned. In 1930 a man jumped off the cliff and got his foot caught in a barrel hashtag rocks and was trapped under the water for over 12 hours. Now on the bright side we will talk about some peace. Did you know that over 3,000-4,000 people have gotten married there. It cost a whopping 3,000 dollars to get married there. Now I will talk about the Cn tower. The Cn tower is 553 meters high.
