Cardiovascular Disease and Regular Exercise
THE MORE EXERCISE AND HEALTIER LIFE These days, most people have busy work life. As a result of this, they do not devote sufficient time for regular exercise. At the same time, they are not aware of how important regular exercise is for their health. The majority of people do not know that regular exercise helps people to protect from heart disease, obesity, back pain. This situation causes to increase some diseases such as heart attack, obesity and diabetes. On the other hand, the risk of getting ill decreases in people who exercise regularly. Some scientific researches also show that people who exercise regularly are healtier than others both physically and mentally. To start with, regular exercise enables people to improve physical health in two ways. First of all, exercise provides to strengthen the cardiovascular health. That is, regular exercise decreases the risk of heart attack. In that way, exercise improves the circulation of blood. Also, the heart pumps a lot of blood through the veins with more than the normal amount of oxygen. Therefore, regular exercise is important for cardiovascular health. The second way is that regular exercise helps people to increase good cholesterol. It is called high density lipoprotein. Being overweight causes to increase the amount of low density lipoprotein in people’s blood. This kind of cholesterol tends to heart disease. For this reason, daily activities have important role to decrease LDL. Biolological explanation of decreasing LDL level is that exercise stimulates enzymes that helps to move LDL from the blood to the liver.
