I thought your idea to directly ask the caller about their chief complaint was an excellent one. In my experience as a transplant case manager, I found members would express their complaints clearly if a rapport of trust was established early in the call. However, you are correct in that our “elevator pitch” did not question chief complaints. Instead, every value driver was to be address in sixty minutes or less if metrics were to be reached. of
their

continuum,

improved
patient

lower
