By completing the competency assessment it helped me analyzed the result, my strengths are: following instructions, adhering to values, organizing, delivering results, coping with pressure, and cooperating. I scored the highest on adapting to change and that was the one that I felt I would have scored the lowest because I do not do very well with change unless I am prepared for the changes beforehand.
