Table of Contents

INTRODUCTION

During the time in U.S., I have set up goals for myself. One of my goal is get in my dreamed company where I contribute my talent and experience. I am working on tax accounting as my major. I will graduate this Spring 2014. Now is the perfect time for me to start research and find which company meets my goals and my abilities. Living in the U.S., I interested in two companies where I will apply my education and experience for are Google and Apple. I will compare the criteria of selection between the two companies and then decide which one I will chose to work for in future.

The purpose to do this report is to classify the company that matches my criteria the most such as, culture, training and development, work and life balance, the people, location, benefit, opportunity for students, and the size of the company. I will look up the company’s background, their current products and future products. Then the opportunity open for undergraduate and graduate students. I do Swot analyze on financial report. I still need to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each company. Based on my research, I decided Google is the ideal company to apply for.
MY CRITERIA

The ideal company would have professional and personal preferences. The company should innovate employees work life and balance and professional environment. That company should give employees chance to contribute their talent, and experience to work on team group. The ideal company is the company respects and esteemed their employees. If the company treats their employees well by providing good benefits and professional environment will motivate their employees

    One career that I am interested in is an Account Executive in Advertising. Tasks for such a job include: planning ads for businesses, picking the best way to advertise, meeting with artists to plan ads and show plans to customers. He gives management advice on how to spend their money, and uses computers, government reports, tax forms, insurance policies, audits, calculators, and financial reports. To be a good Financial Manager you have to understand business and finance and look at and understand detailed information. You also have to think creatively and solve problems and manage staff, along with speaking and writing well. You have to be good with computers and working independently. It is required that you have a 4-year degree for this job but it is highly recommended that you have a graduate degree. To prepare for…
