In our world of OSS – BSS, telecom trends are helping communication service providers stay alive and operate in an ever-changing eco-system, revolutionize their business, scale it, and generate more revenue. CSPs are always faced with the challenge of optimizing OSS – BSS offerings to provide superior customer experience while responding and anticipating customer needs at the same time, because this is where profitability is won or lost.
