1.The people-related problems or issues Ann Wood faced during the day include the resignations of two employees during the past 24 hours and the discovery of employees receiving 7% less compensation for similar work within the same industry, and that employees felt dissatisfied with access to technology resources and “Norwich’scommitment to training and development. Yes,Ann Wood handled these issues effectively. As soon as she learned that the two employees resigned she tasked their supervisor Joe to develop a proposal that would reduce turnover and agreed to work with him to resolve the issue. When she learned that many of the employees of the market strategy and administration were dissatisfied with their salaries she agreed to meet with them to discuss the matter and agreed with them on the importance of their concerns.
