All first year students live in residence halls with students with diverse backgrounds. Sophomores are allowed to choose from different types of living styles. They can either live in upper class residence halls or Greek living unit. this enhances their involvement with Depauw campus. Juniors and Seniors can live university apartments, houses, rector village suites, residence halls and Greek chapter facilities (“Housing &Amp; Residentiality.”).
In addition to Depauw’s different living styles, Depauw admits qualified students from different environments, cultures, and people who they think will contribute to learning and enhance Depauw university's (“DePauw University - The College Board.”). To attend Depauw the average student's GPA ranges from 3.23 to 3.75. The SAT cutoff is 1780. While the ACT doesn't really have a cutoff, but if students get a low score their application will be thrown away (“Admission.”). In spite of going to school and studying, Depauw also offers many job choices. It’s a great place to go to school, but an even better place to get working experience.
