Introduction
The case study is about Enterprise Rent a Car, which initiated its business in the year 1957 at USA. The company slowly expanded its business and now they have more than 65000 workforce presented. The company is highly depending upon their workforce and to retain them longer, they use to give them training and development with passage of time. Hence, the company also do workforce planning for fulfilling future needs of the workforce.

Due to continuous diversification, they always in need to new employees. For this reason, they do external recruitment as well. However, for attracting high quality of candidates towards the Enterprise they usually raise their profile of the company working in universities of the UK in which they are focusing towards Campus brand managers. The company select students as well as interns that work with the company. Moreover, these candidates also represent themselves as liaison in potential aspect. Additionally, for attracting candidates on rapid basis, the company go to universities where they work to attract candidates by presenting the company, make proactive relationship with organizations and clubs, they also do career fair for students, sessions of skills to motivate candidates, sessions for drop-in, and other concerning programs linked with mentoring. Afterward, the company offer competitive salary packages to these students for retaining them longer, they also provide career development opportunities that attract candidates in maximum perspective. In the Enterprise, candidates join them as Trainees of management. The Enterprise gave many opportunities to make themselves advance and get promotions to reach towards desired job level.
