Case Study: Joseph S. Zendroky
Officers received a dispatch for a silver bread van that is leaving the scene after backing over a street sweeper sign tearing it from the ground. The van broke the metal post at the base where it was fastened into the concrete. The sign was later observed lying on the sidewalk.

The vehicle was observed travelling eastbound on Oak Street crossing Main Street. The vehicle was stopped on the 100 block of East Oak Street. The operator was identified as Joseph S. ZENDROSKY. ZENDROSKY related he struck the sign while attempting to park the van.

ZENDROSKY displayed eyelid, cheek, and eyebrow tremors while I spoke with him. His pupils were constricted, his mouth was dry, and his left arm had bruising with noticeable puncture marks. He was requested to submit to a series of psychophysical divided attention tests; some of which he was unable to successfully complete. I requested him to submit to a chemical test of blood. ZENDROSKY refused to submit to the blood test. He signed the DL-26 form acknowledging the form.

Immediately after stopping the above vehicle which was operated by ZENDROSKY Officers observed a gold Pontiac sedan accelerating northbound on South White Street at an unsafe speed towards our location. During this time Officer

During that time (Officer Pastucka) obtained information (PA OLN? NAME AND DOB?) from the female who identified herself as Jessica M. KUFROVICH DOB: 06/30/1982. She was questioned about why she was there and she KUFROVICH displayed a noticeably dry mouth. Her eyes were dilated and she displayed leg, body and facial tremors. I observed an area on her arm that was bruised which contained a large amount of puncture marks. She was questioned about the marks and she related they were from a (?water shot?)*** She indicated she had an opiate addiction in the past but denied using any drugs today or

    On 12-29-2016 at approximately 0315 hours, a 2015 Nissan Altima was westbound on Boyette Road in the outside lane, approximately .37 miles east of and approaching the intersection of McMullen Road.
