Case Study Of Candidate Gantz
Candidate Gantz demonstrated an above average knowledge of the five paragraph order. His brief was confident and contained the required information in the appropriate order. Prior to giving his brief SNC took the time to look at the obstacle and come up with an initial plan and while briefing his plan he used the obstacle to ensure his team members understood what was just briefed. During the execution he led his team with good command presence and a bias for action. SNC seemed to become discouraged when faced with a point of friction, but once he regained his situational awareness, his confidence returned. SNC was able to articulate his intent to his team members. SNC did set security, but needs to check on security from time to time, which

Arizona v. Gant (2009) SCOTUS rule held that the Belton rule was revised as the justices stated that it did not give authority for the police officers to search an arrestee’s vehicle if the occupant had been arrested and therefore could not access the interior of the car. This implies that the police should only search the arrestee and places that could be reached. Gant could no longer reach the interior of his car, and there was no reasonable ground to suppose that a search would produce evidence to support the offense of driving on a suspended license. Gant v. Arizona established that a search of a vehicle after an arrest is permissible when the arrestee is not confined, and the passenger compartment is within their immediate reach.…

" There are no secret economies that nourish the poor; on the contrary, there are a host of special cost", meaning that there isn't any help for the poor but yet they have to pay for everything they need and have. Although it may be true in some cases but I disagree with the statement. The reason why I disagree is because it all depends on the person's situation. As for Barbara Ehrenreich she bases it on her co-workers life on how some struggle just get by without support. Unfortunately they are in a bad position where they are not able to receive support from others around them or simply because they're not motivated enough to do something about it and move on.…

I interviewed my brother for this project. My brother is the Region 5 Coordinator for the Florida Division of Emergency Management, and he is being inducted into the position as National Commander for the Sons of the American Legion. I chose to interview him for several reasons including his success over the years. I have seen him work his way up the corporate ladder, I know about his work ethics, and I have seen the determination that it takes to do what he needs to do in order to continue to be successful. I have learned a considerable amount of things from him throughout the years and I have found him to be strong leader and motivator. At one time he started a volunteer disaster recovery team that assisted local public officials including police, fire, and ambulance personnel in many man-made and natural disasters. He started the team with only three members and took it to over 300 members who were very closely networked with various fire and police departments throughout three counties in central Florida, the team had various training sessions through the Federal Emergency Management Agency, CERT, National Weather Service, and the American Red Cross. He has proven himself to be an effective leader on many occasions over the years.…

Upon completion of the reasoning aptitude evaluation there was obvious clear strengths. The strengths that stood out the most were strategizing, taking initiative, and innovation. Coming in a close second were persuading, applying expertise, and organizing. These are key tools when working in a team or group environment. This allows one to think outside the box and come up with new and creative solutions. These skills can also adversely affect a team if not managed carefully. If too much initiative is taken prior to the defining the scope of the project, the results of the project could be affected.…
