ALLEGATION
R/s it was reported that Mary (mom) is abusive and neglectful to Alexis (17). R/s Alexis ran away last night, but she later returned home. R/s Alexis has no visible marking or bruising on her face. Also, Joseph (15), Penny (14), and Erissa (9) are in the home.

R/s Mary called him last night, to report that Alexis ran away from home. R/s LE was contacted and the child returned home. R/s today Alexis was very upset and stated that her mother is abusive and neglectful. R/s Alexis reported that her mother hits her. R/s according to Alexis, her mother wouldn’t give anything to eat this morning. R/s Alexis stated that she can’t go home because she is scared for her well-being. R/s on the telephone Mary made comments like she will come to the school and yank Alexis by the hair to embarrass her in front of her friends. R/s Mary wants to come in to talk to him.
