ALLEGATION
R/s Johnathan McKenzie is a paranoia schizophrenia and he has a substance abuse issue with marijuana. R/s Mr. McKenzie is not on his medication for paranoia schizophrenia. R/s Mr. McKenzie’s mother, Renita doesn’t want him to get psychiatry help. R/s Mr. McKenzie has a history of disappearing and whenever he returns he is under the influence of a substance. R/s Mr. McKenzie has a history of setting things on fire when he isn’t on his medication.

R/s she last seen Mr. McKenzie on 05/08/2016, and he was delusional. R/s according to Mr. McKenzie, he has a car, he goes to school, and he is moving in with his girlfriend. R/s everything Mr. McKenzie said is all false. R/s Mr. McKenzie told her he was having problems bathing and getting
