PRODUCTION SCHEDULE
Poutine Bar will operate from Mondays to Sundays. The business will have a total of 360 days excluding holidays such as Holy Week, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. Business will not be having any day-offs just like the other existing food shop, usually business are closed during Sundays but Poutine Bar is always open to accommodate families since Sunday is family day, peer group, and other people who are available every Sunday who would like to try and enjoy our product. The business will open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Business will hire employees and compensated with a fixed rate of salary that would depend on their assigned duties and responsibilities.

This may vary with target market and their preferences in buying our product. Though business can provide a quality and tasty product, location must be considered in building a business. Having a perfect location is a great business exposure to consumers.
There are some factors that must be considered in choosing a business location. First is the capitalization, given a restricted amount of capital is a great factor in choosing a business location. Upon establishing of business it must not incur a high cost of expenses in renting a place. Next factor to consider is the activity within the local community- business location must be active in terms of everyday living, considering the target market of the business and who will buy the business product.
