That is wonderful shortcut for the patients who were in dire need of an appointment. Having a family pulmonary issue I know the importance of receiving an appointment in a short span can me hospital visit and extra expense that wasn’t in the budget. That short cut can be instrumental to other physician offices. Follow up is to the key to supervision or anything of importance. It is very impressive that you placed a method to ensure the same occurrence would not happen again.
