Case Summary
Elise interviewed and stated that Scotty had been making sexual comments prior to the incident. The night of the incident Scotty was rubbing her legs up to her butt and then ran his hand into her shorts, where he started grouping her butt. Scotty then tried to rub his hand around to the front of Elise’s pants but Elise then got up and went to take a shower. Elise stated that after her shower she went into her room. Elise also stated that a few nights before the reported incident Scotty was rubbing her legs and she felt him touch her butt but thought she was over reacting. Elise stated that they were both on the couch watching a movie.
Elise stated Scotty then came to her room and made a statement about sleeping with Elise because he had been alone for two weeks. Elise told Scotty no and then he went to his room and Elise
Elise interview stated that she told him her legs were sore and he started rubbing them.
Scotty stated that after the rubbed the back of her legs, Elise flipped over to her back so he could rub the front. Elise statement was after he grabbed her butt she got up and went to take a shower.
Scotty stated that he was making a joke when he asked to sleep with Elise because he had been alone for two weeks. Scotty then made the statement later in the interview that he probably made the comment about sleeping with her because of wanting companionship.
Scotty denied in the beginning of the interview of touching Elise’s butt, but later in the interview admitted that he possible could have touched her butt while massaging her.
In Scotty’s statement, he stated that after he massaged Elise’s legs she went to the end of the couch and fished watching the movie. Elise statement was after he touched her butt she got up and went to take a shower. Scotty also stated that after the shower Elise came back into the living room and sat down on the couch
