Causes Of The Holocaust
The Holocaust that occurred in Germany during WWII remains the worst historical genocide and discrimination of Jews to ever take place. Firstly, mass murdering of 6 million Jews and 5 million non-Jews took place, which was caused by the Nazi Germany, during the Holocaust (Goldberg, pars. 1). Furthermore, during the years leading up to the Second World War, Jews were restricted from participating in various industries such as medicine and law and were also prohibited access to property sites (Goldberg, pars. 4). In addition, Jewish refugees aboard the MS St. Louis, were denied entry to Canada which ultimately caused the death of 254 Jews abroad the ship to be murdered when they were forced to return to Europe (Goldberg, pars. 13 and 14).
