Dear Mr President (AKA RICHARD KELLY GAGE lll)
The school systems in America today are riddled with violence. If students' didn’t have technology such as phones they would not be able to contact their parents in a state of emergency such as shootings, injures, or bombings. this policy of taking students' phones away at the start of the day and giving them back at the end of the day should not be put into effect.
