Cell phones should NOT be allowed in school. If cell phones were allowed in school, it would be a major distraction to other students. Also, cell phones would cost more money. Finally, cell phones would be bad to have during an emergency. Many bad things can happen when we use cell phones in school. Cell phones should NOT be allowed in school!

An average iphone will cost you aro0und $200.00. In addition to just buying the phone, you have to pay around $80.00 monthly. A phone costs enough as it is. If you use your phone at school you will have a bigger risk of something happening to it. Also, if you use your phone at school, you will most likely be using up your data and then you will find yourself having to pay even more money.
Finally, cell phones are bad to have during an emergency. When an emergency happens at a school that allows cell phones, students will most likely call their parents. If 400 calls are made at the same time this will not only, slow down the phone system but also, cause parents to rush over to the school. If one parent came for every kid, there would be many people there. This would make it hard for the emergency workers to help. No one would want to work with all of those people getting in the way. That would be super annoying.
