CAPACITY
1. DITON is a rare occurrence in terms of intellect and creativity. A self-challenged engineering professional. He showed this during his work to commission the oil mist detector a legacy issue at the Forcados crude loading platfoam(CLP) which had defied previous attempt to put the system back in service.
2. DITON’s hunger for knowledge and drive for professional excellence is such that he constantly researches subjects within and outside his field and requests for personal assignments to teams/departments other than his and attends to tasks given him with dedication delivering within specified time-lines. For example, He has worked with the OR&A-SODA team where he participated in the concept selection and SIL classification workshop for the Forcados-Yokri Integrated Project (FYIP) project. He has also worked with other disciplines such as Production
Technology, Well Services/Engineering etc. He never limits himself to his team but often sees himself as part of the larger organization.
3. While working with these teams he is able to identify and develop opportunities in such team. For example, while he worked with the ISU team he participated in the alarm rationalization exercise for Forcados Terminal DCS which was earlier believed to be impossible without the DCS upgrade. It is worthy to note that this feat was a mandatory requirement for OI certification.
4. DITON’s sound analytical and problem-solving abilities are extraordinary and widely appreciated, he attends to tasks with minimal supervision. He resolves complex automation issues with tact. There have been
