Certified Nursing Assistants

Certified Nursing Assistants, or CNAs, are an important part of any health care team. CNAs should have genuine empathy and compassion for the sick and possess both physical strength and emotional endurance. This helps to motivate the kind of caring that they do, which involves helping in any way necessary to make things better for those who cannot help themselves. A tough stomach is required as the position is responsible attending to patients needs and assistance. A positive, upbeat perspective that continually sees the bright side of things is significant. There are several other skills and attributes that make a prepared and well-qualified Certified Nursing Assistant. Some the most important skills are strong communication, keen observation
skills, and the ability to follow rules/protocols. I believe. compassion is truly important, when you have the compassion you are able to do your job the best. Finally, the person has to enjoy being a CNA and helping people who are in need.
