I. General Purpose: To focus on a social issue that is related with poverty.
II. Specific Purpose: To persuade my readers on the negative impact on child health due to poverty in our society as well as how it can have indirect impacts and lead to a chain of events.

B. Body
I. Key facts about poor health as a result of poverty
i. Poverty and poor health are linked and inter-related ii. The causes of poor health facility access are as a result of poor political, social and economic policies. iii. Diseases worsens the state of poor and deepens their poverty.

II. Those affected by the poor health due to poverty
i. Marginalized groups who have no access to health facilities due to their geographical locations.
