Child safety has been a major concern among families especially in homes. Research has shown majority of these injuries occur with children under the age of 5 years old are not intentional injuries and can be avoided with proper parental supervision (Ablewhite, J., Peel, I., McDid,L., Hawkins,A., Goodenough,T., Deave, T., Stewart, J., Kendrick, D. 2015, p. 2).
