What Steven Ells began with a small taqueria in Denver, Colorado in 1993, one may not have foreseen this venture to become the fastest growing restaurant chain in the last decade. By 2006, Ells’ idea made its initial public offering with 535 restaurants throughout the world. Things were going tremendously well for CMG until late afternoon on October 18, 2012 when Ells finished receiving the company’s third quarter results. While data indicated an overall satisfactory outcome, it was the competition from Yum Brands’ Taco Bell and their recent launch of the Cantina Bell menu that would result in what seemed to be the onset of a major problem.…

Chipotle is an efficient and reliable choice. Workers handle their customers in an assembly line, each order being cared by at least four well trained workers who get you in and out the door as soon as you arrive. Meals are always cooked fresh just a few feet away so you know what is being made into your meal every time. The food is arranged in convenient to go plates that can carry the large quantities of piping hot portions that are piled on into every bowl or burrito. Great food at an affordable price is the best part of their service. Meals generally don’t go over ten dollars which is great for someone who wants to enjoy the luxury of great food but at a bargain price. Chipotle proves every time that good service is not a past time but is still a respected craft in every sense.…

Chipotle Mexican Grill, aims to do a few things but do them exceptionally well. When Chipotle (pronounced chi-POAT-lay) opened its first store in 1993, the idea was simple: demonstrate that food served fast didn't have to be a "fast-food" experience. We use high-quality raw ingredients, classic cooking methods and distinctive interior design--features that are more frequently found in the world of fine dining. When we opened, there wasn't an industry category to describe what we were doing. Some 16 years and more than 900 restaurants later, we compete in a category of dining now called "fast-casual," the fastest growing segment of the restaurant industry, where customers expect food quality that's more in line with full-service restaurants, coupled with the speed and convenience of fast food.…

As the Buffalo Wild Wings website famously states, “It all started with two guys driven by hunger ("Buffalo Wild Wings").” In the year of 1981 two men by the names of Jim Disbrow and Scott Lowery made the move to the state of Ohio after previously residing in Buffalo, New York. After yearning for the famous buffalo wings they would normally find back home, these two gentlemen had no choice but to open a restaurant and share the delicious delight of Buffalo style chicken-wings they had only encountered on numerous occasions in their hometown. Their initial craving for a food that was no longer in reach was the beginning of a chain of restaurants that served a style of wings that cannot be mimicked. Still to this day, The Buffalo Wild Wings experience is a one-of-a kind encounter that keeps its customers coming back. The fun filled atmosphere in which they provide is enough to make their competitors wish they knew their secret. Buffalo Wild Wings is far more than just a restaurant that serves wings, but its array of menu items and bar full of drinks provides its customers with a casual way to spend their down time.
