The history about chiropractors goes back to 1895. There is a lot about chiropractors that people don't know. "Many patients will he'd using a visit simply out of fear."-(Erin Creagen) I'm interested until this career because I enjoy helping others in need, and I like to the sound of bones popping. A career in chiropractic care is a very rewarding career,because it allows the professional to help others. Chiropractors can be effective as part of comprehensive approach for treating victims of torture and trauma. Chiropractic profession was founded in the US in 1895. In 1960 it spread throughout the world in places like Canada, New Zealand, and South America. Almost 40% of the elderly population rely on medicine like chiropractic care. …show more content…

Chiropractors undergo a rigorous education in the healing sciences, another advantage of becoming a chiropractor is that the education requirements are not as hard as conventional medical school. The first two years of college you work on anatomy, biology, and physiology. Chiropractors must finish three years of undergraduate work before being able to enter the Doctor of Chiropractic programs. The education of a chiropractor can be completed in as little as seven years. US chiropractic students are qualified to be given a federal student loan assistance and DCs. Chiropractors should clean their tables off after every visit from a patient. As a chiropractor you should know how to work on neck pain, lower back pain, or other symptoms. Chiropractors see a lot of people a day but majority are elderly so they have to be very careful with their patients. Chiropractors experience great value because they help people that are in need because they have a back or neck injury. To have the ability to take care of a patient that is having a severe back pain and help her feel relief and freedom to move can be a very satisfying
