A chiropractor is someone who is a health care professional focused on the diagnosis and treatment of neuromuscular disorders. Neuromuscular disorders are many diseases and ailments that impair the functioning of the muscles, either directly, being pathologies of the voluntary muscle, or indirectly, being pathologies of nerves or neuromuscular junctions. Their treatments are natural, whole-body, drug-free treatments of for a variety of conditions. Chiropractors want to help reduce the pain the patient might be having, along with improve their functionality. They also like to educate and talk with their patients about how to keep their bodies healthy with exercise and some therapies for the back pain they could be having. Chiropractic treatment can restore the structural character of the spine, reduce pressure on the sensitive neurological tissue, and therefore improve the health of the individual. …show more content…
