To do that you will need the bowl you mixed the dry ingredients in, a whisk, 1-¼ cups of milk, 1 egg, and 3 tablespoons of butter. With the bowl you were using, you are going to make a hole in the middle of it with your hands. When you have made the hole add the egg in the hole. Once the egg is inside the hole, add the milk as well (the milk might overflow a little but that it is okay). Then, when you have poured the milk inside the bowl, microwave the butter. Once the butter is microwaved put it inside the hole and whisk everything together (the dry and…

The first thing to do is to round up all the needed ingredients. You’ll need about 2 ¼ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, a teaspoon of salt, 2 sticks of butter that are softened, 3/4 cups of granulated sugar, ¾ cups of packed brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 2 large eggs, and a bag of Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, which I prefer. Then you’ll have to dig up a 15 x 10-inch jelly-roll pan, a small mixing bowl, a large mixing bowl, a hand-mixer, and a can of Pam to spray your pan. Once you have the ingredients and the pan is prepared, it’s time to preheat the oven to 375 degrees.…

Which he places in our dry ingredients bowl. Next he measures one teaspoon each of both salt and baking soda, and then, just to keep him busy he gets to whisk the ingredients together while my eldest works on the next step of our recipe. Carl, my eldest, gets to mix all the wet ingredients together. He starts off with beating one cup of room temperature of butter in the mixer on medium speed. Next he he adds ¾ cup each brown sugar and white sugar, one teaspoon of vanilla extract into the butter, and mixes till creamy. Now I always have to pay close attention to this step thanks to past experiances. Carl one time beat the mixture one time past creamy and straight on through to a puddle of sweet wrongness. Carl also has to add two large eggs into a glass bowl minus the shells (that again is another story for another time) into the batter. I have always found that eating egg shells is a lot like getting sand in your mouth, very…

After creaming together your wet ingredients (butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla) with an electric mixer, whisk together your dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt). Gradually pour your dry ingredients into the wet, about one cup at a time, and stir with the wooden spoon after each addition. After all of your ingredients are combined, add the chocolate chips and stir for a final time. Now that the dough is made, set a little bit aside to eat later, because in my opinion, that is the best part. Put the parchment paper down onto the baking sheet to insure that the cookies don’t stick. Finally, bake at the temperature and the time that the recipe says (9 to 11 minutes), and after that, pour a glass of milk and enjoy your cookies with someone you love. Store the leftovers in an air-tight container for up to a…
