Chris Foolish Research Paper
“Until you’re ready to look foolish, you’ll never have the possibility of being great”-Cher. My cousin, Chris would be able to follow this. He always thinks he’s great and he typically is. Chris is 21 years old. Chris is the oldest cousin and grandchild out of my brothers, my sister, and I. He lives in Sunderland, England. He was born there and has visited us in California before. My cousin, Chris, can be proved to be foolish at times, like when we have to FaceTime him at 2:00-4:00 A.M. in the morning, when he wore swim trunks as underwear, and when he puts stuffed animals on his head.

There are many things that prove that at times Chris can be foolish. One thing is that we typically have to FaceTime him at 2:00-4:00 A.M (that’s in England time, they’re 8 hours ahead of us).We know he is usually still up and awake. He will probably be playing video games. One time, he answered a FaceTime and used the button to flip the camera on his Ipad to show my brother, Sebastian and I that he was playing Pokemon. Chris can definitely be silly at some times. Once, when he had visited, he had gone to Disneyland with my brother Scott, my sister Steffanee and our grandparents. Our Grandpa Frank sat in one place and didn’t get wet, but Steffanee, Scott, and Chris did. So they tried sitting where Grandpa Frank was sitting but every time when they'd move to his seat he wouldn't get wet in another seat but they'd still get wet. So, when we went to SeaWorld altogether he wore his swim trunks instead of underwear because he didn't want to be soaking wet after rides like Atlantis. We had a lot of fun but still did get wet. As you can see, Chris can be really foolish

I chose Sam Phillips for my producer because I love the blues and “rock and roll” and he played and important role in this area of the music industry. Sam Phillips inspires me to be more creative and to think outside the box when creating music. I think that's what music is all about. Sam not only broke down racial barriers in the music industry but really tested the limits of blues and helped and influenced the creation of “rock and roll”. He was a talent scout during the early stage of his career and I think talent scouts care more about music than even some musicians.…

Chris came from an abusive and a lower class family. Chris’s father was a drunk and spent most of his time in the bar. Chris’s brothers were also away from him, one ran off and was accused for rape and the other joined a gang and spent most of his time with the gang. According to the National Institute on Alcoholism and Alcohol Abuse, “Children of alcoholics are impacted with guilt, anxiety, embarrassment, inability to have close relationships, confusion, anger and depression” (Mogul 1). Children of alcoholics tend to go into the wrong direction and make poor decisions in life because they didn't get the correct teaching and time. Chris’s brothers are a great example of growing under an abusive and alcoholic father. Both of the brothers have gone into the wrong path and are lost, this is an effect of bad parenting and abusiveness. Chris is going through the same abusiveness and bad parenting as his brothers went through. This means the lack of a strong family member could lead Chris to a negative and unsuccessful future. Chris was getting abused often by his father, “Chris was marked up every two weeks or so, bruises on his cheeks and neck or one eye swelled up… other times he never go to school at all. His mom would call him in sick because he was too lamped up to come in” (King 306). Chris’s father did not care much about Chris and was unconscious most of the time when he was home. At times Chris took advantage of it,…
