Although, excessive amounts of stress may lead to bodily harm. This is called distress or negative stress. It can increase the risk of strokes, heart attacks, ulcers, dwarfism, and mental problems like depression. It causes someone to experience anxiety, negative emotions, pressure, and discomfort. Acute stress is the stress you get before an exam or when you are about to do something exciting. In small doses, you feel trill but too much is exhausting. Too much leads to psychological distress, headaches, and ulcers. Episodic Acute stress is like Acute stress but happens very frequently. You are always rushing things, but fail to do them. People with it have too many problems and things on their mind, and they are very disorganized. You can get migraines, hypertension, chest pain, and heart disease. Chronic pain is the stress that wears people away day after day, year after year. It destroys mind, bodies, and lives. It is caused by an unhappy marriage, or a despised job. It comes when a person does not find a way out of miserable situation. People die of this by suicide, violence, heart attack, stroke, and sometime even cancer.
A 2013 survey says the teens are having emotional and physical distress, including chronic stress. Teens have to at least get 9 hours of sleep per day, but they only get 7.4. They feel anxious, overwhelmed, tired, they neglect responsibilities, and having negative thoughts. They also change sleeping and eating habits because of stress. All of that can contribute to diseases like depression, obesity, and heart disease.To be less stressed- exercise, get 9 hours of sleep, plan out fun things to do and do them, enjoy yourself, focus on your talents,
