Firstly, I want to thank Mrs. Lan for having guided and constantly supported me during the time I made this research. I could not accomplish this research without the effective instructions of you. Besides, I also feel very happy and rewarding. I have learned a lot through this subject such as creative and independent. That’s why I would like to thank sincerely to the management of IBD because they allowed students to study this subject. Finally, I would like to thank all students of Intake 9 for helping me with the answers for my “Survey Questionnaire”. Their enthusiastic contributions helped me to complete this research.

1. Background
Film in general and cinema in particular are potential markets in Vietnam, especially in big cities. Currently, there are more than 220 theaters in Vietnam. In fact, market business in Vietnam theater uneven development among provinces. For example, theaters which are built in two big cities (Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City), account for over 80% of all movie theaters in the country. Meanwhile, a number of other local theaters are sold or converted into other forms of business due to the number of viewers is not enough to cover costs. Others have moved to invest in digital projectors in order to lure audiences back to the theaters. There are a lot of cinemas in Viet Nam nowadays such as CGV, Lotte Cinema, Platinum….with many different type of movies ( romance, action,…) that are very popular with Vietnamese people especially students.
